Confellia Usage Agreement

Confellia provides AI-assisted tools for enhancing and transforming images and videos. Features, models, and availability may change without advance notice as we iterate on the product.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Processing is limited to what is necessary to operate and improve the Service.
• Face-related analysis runs in real time for visual effects; associated data is not retained after processing completes and is not used to identify you.

• Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We cannot cancel on your behalf.

You must not use Confellia to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise harmful material.
• Disrupt the Service, attempt reverse engineering, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial gain.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and we may pursue available legal remedies.

All software, branding, designs, and underlying technology within Confellia remain the property of us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. To operate Confellia, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and modify that content as needed to fulfill your requests. This license ends when the content is removed from our systems.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. You bear the risk of using Confellia and any output it produces.

Where law allows, neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Service.

• Changes: We may revise these Terms to reflect product updates or legal requirements.
• Law & disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules]. Parties will first seek good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before competent courts in [Jurisdiction].
