This document explains what information we process when you use Confellia, why we need it, and the safeguards we apply—especially around images and facial features.

- Creative use only: Facial features are analyzed solely to apply visual effects—not for identity verification, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.
- No long-term retention: Source images are removed from our servers as soon as processing finishes; we do not keep copies for secondary use.
- No sale or sharing: Biometric-related data is never sold, leased, or disclosed to data brokers or advertisers.
Face-related processing exists only to deliver the creative output you request—nothing more.
Information is used only to deliver requested features, respond to your actions, protect account integrity, send legally required notices, and improve reliability and performance within Confellia.
We work with vetted infrastructure and analytics vendors under contractual privacy obligations. These partners may access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and must follow equivalent protection standards.
Depending on your region, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. You can also revoke permissions through your device or in-app settings where available.
- Age limit: Confellia is intended for users aged 18 and above.
- Policy revisions: We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app, and renewed consent may be requested where required by law.
